Deposit (partial payment) must be paid if you accept our estimate.

Arrangements will be made after we confirm your deposit received.
Full payment is due at least three weeks before your departure.
Final voucher will be sent no later than one day before the start date.
The Agent undertakes to pay penalties in case of cancellation of the order after it has been confirmed by operator according to following terms of cancellation (if not stayed it specially in addendum, for example, meal, train/air tickets, Sumo/Kabuki/concert tickts)
- without any penalty 30 days before the group’s arrival.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival - 30% of tour cost for each cancelled pax
- 14 to days before arrival - 50% of tour cost for each cancelled pax
- 3 to 1 day before arrival - 80% of tour cost for each cancelled pax
- No Show - 100% of the tour cost for each cancelled pax
Payment must be made by bank transfer in USD up to 30 days prior to departure.
For small amounts, you can also pay by credit card.
